From February to June 2015, we have cooked our own jelly candies using multiple ingredients and flavours. Milk, glass from broken windshields, car keys, plastics, artificial flavours, etc. Their sizes range from 16 to 40 cm in length, using different kinds of mould available in department stores, from used packagings to storage articles. Gelatine candies look like they could have been made of silicon. When did the boundaries of what looks edible change?
